2025 Yard Waste program
The 2025 yard waste collection will begin on Monday, March 10 and end on Thursday, December 11. The schedule remains the same as previous years: Monday-Wednesday. A road list is provided below, as well as a map, to determine your designated collection day. Residents do not need to call in for a pickup. However, only yard waste in a rigid container will be collected.
As before, if you are using a personal bin, please make sure of the following:
- it is in decent condition
- has a solid metal bar on the front so the rear load truck can pick it up
- does not exceed 96-gallons
- has a Town of Smyrna Yard Waste decal on the side of it
- decals can be obtained at Town Hall and Public Works
If a collection day falls during inclement weather or a holiday, that specific day will be pushed to Thursday. For instance, if Monday is a holiday, Monday's collection will be scheduled for Thursday.

Please note: yard waste collection is limited to residential homes that receive trash/recycling collection.
