Mission Statement: As authorized by the Mayor and Town Council, work with the Human Resource Manager to provide recommendations to the Mayor and Council on personnel policies, personnel matters, and filling vacant positions, along with the review, creation, and improvement of existing personnel policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
