A recent article about the Duck Creek Business Campus was published on June 8th in the News Journal, written by Ben Mace.
The first building is almost complete and it just under 70,000 square feet. There is a lot of interest for either leasing a portion of the building or leasing the whole building. These inquiries include pharmaceutical, food processing and distribution, light manufacturing, and warehouse/distribution, among others.
The business campus could bring up to 4,000 jobs in the next 20 years, per an economic research study completed by Salisbury University.
