The Planning and Zoning Commission will be meeting on Wednesday February 24 at 7 p.m. There will be a public hearing to consider and possibly vote on a major site plan from Larson Engineering at the intersections of Route 13 and Exit 114 on-ramp, (agenda).

In accordance with the Smyrna Zoning Ordinance and Chapter 3, Title 22 of the Delaware Code Annotated, there will be a public hearing in the Council Chamber of Smyrna Town Hall, 27 S. Market Street Plaza, Smyrna, as follows:

February 24, 2021 – 7:00 p.m.

Purpose of the hearing is to consider a Major Site Plan application from Larson Engineering to construct a three-story mixed-use building with 16,000 sq. ft. of 1st floor retail space and 32 second/third-floor apartments on a 2.9 acre vacant parcel at the intersection of South Dupont Boulevard and the Exit 114 on-ramp (TM 1-17-019.00-01-62.00-00001). The parcel is zoned SCZ (South Corridor) in the Town of Smyrna.
