If your service has been disconnected due to non-payment, please call (302) 653-9231 option 3. Upon full payment, your service will be reconnected promptly. Personal checks are not accepted on the day of shut off. Payment must be made by cash, cashier check, or money order ONLY with no exceptions. The Business Office is open from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m..
Good to Know:
- If your utility service has been disconnected for non-payment, an administrative fee will be applied to your account. *
- Your account must be paid IN FULL to have services restored.
- If your utility service has been disconnected twice within a three-year period, you will have to purchase a remote disconnect collar (if your home does not already have a remote disconnect collar). *
