Guidelines for Reconnection
Based on a customer's history of termination a mandatory purchase of a remote disconnect collar shall be required in order to re-establish services. A separate payment arrangement can be made for the disconnect collar not to exceed three months.
- Any customer that has been shut-off due to non-payment will have a mandatory administrative fee added to the account.
- Any customer that is a property owner and has been shut-off twice in a three year period will purchase a remote disconnect collar to be installed at their place of residence. The purchase of the remote disconnect collar is non-refundable and non-transferable to another residence.
