The Planning & Zoning Commission is considering an amendment to the Future Land Use Map in the Town of Smyrna’s Comprehensive Plan. The proposed amendment would include changes to the future annexation area, future land use and the addition of a table to clarify zoning classifications that are consistent with land use descriptions.
