Policy
Effective March 1, 2009, the utility late fee will be 10% of the unpaid account balance. Also, promissory notes will no longer be offered. To avoid being disconnected for non-payment, customers may request an extension until the end of the month. Extensions are subject to approval. Late fees will continue to accrue on the account. The town also offers budget billing throughout the year.
